As ever, our menus are inspired by modern Europe fusions, incorporating fantastic blends with traditional British dishes to produce our exceptional and extensive menu selections.
Since beginning our culinary adventure in 2016, founders, Devon Ricketts and Ikram Naim, have combined their love for both people and food – an interest they both share, to offer a unique, luxurious dining experience for their clients.

Devon Ricketts, our Chef Patron and Co-Founder, began his cooking career in Jamaica where he was a trainee chef for one of the leading hotel groups on the island. Throughout his career, Devon has drawn inspiration from the country’s incredibly colourful culture, as well as a grandmother who taught him all kinds of invaluable catering skills.
Devon now has 25 years’ catering experience under his belt. He has worked in the airline and cruise-line industries, as well as working as an Executive Sous Chef at the London Marriott Hotel Country Hall where his team were honoured with AA Rosette awards for their unique culinary creations.
Devon was also the longest-serving Head Chef for an exclusive private members’ club in Soho-London and worked under celebrated French-English Michelin chef Michel Roux, for Celebrity Cruises.
While he may have left the Caribbean Island behind, he brings pieces of Caribbean culture with him everywhere he goes and incorporates this into his cooking, allowing everyone a taste of his exquisite local and international dishes.
The other half to this dynamic duo is Ikram Naim, Managing Director and Co-Founder. Hailing from the beautiful island of Sri Lanka (Also known as Ceylon), Ikram is vital to keeping our catering experience alive. Qualified as a CIMA Adv Dip MA with Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Ikram offers a host of experience in the business world, making him and Devon a perfect ingredient of this exciting partnership!
